Stronger Than Yesterday is a barbell focused strength training program designed to help you get stronger and have “fun” in the gym today through an automated program. The program is centered around squats, bench press, and deadlift with curated accessories. It’s also designed with progressive overload and de-load cycles to help you reach new goals without burning yourself out.

While this program is intended for intermediate or advanced lifters who have experience with a barbell, dumbbell substitutions are available for most all barbell movements. In addition, in the future we plan on releasing a dumbbell specific program for individuals who don’t have experience or access to a barbell. 

While your first month is non-refundable, your subscription can be cancelled for free ahead of any billing cycle!

This program was designed by Dakota Howsley and POWR Personal Training. Dakota is an ACE certified personal trainer who has successfully used these fundamental strength programming techniques with hundreds of clients in-person. This program has been refined over the years to keep workouts fun and results oriented.

Yes! The great thing about Stronger Than Yesterday is that we’re all doing the same workouts each week and enjoying the new rep cycles and accessories. While the core lifts of the program don’t change, we have fun with our accessories and like to change those out over time as to not get bored of the same exercises every week.

We believe in progress over perfection. While our program is designed “ideally” for a 4 day workout week, we know that isn’t realistic for us all every week. In the app, you’re able to rearrange your workouts to different days each week to make sure you hit the workouts that you care about most.
