I’ve been a personal trainer for almost 7 years and truly wouldn’t choose anything else over this career.

When I started lifting weights, I wanted to build muscle and be strong. I had always been the scrawny kid in school and struggled to open doors.

Lifting weights showed me that you can get stronger, if you put your mind to it and put in the work. 

I became a personal trainer because lifting weights and exercising regularly changed my life for the better — and I wanted to help others make that lifestyle change too.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, helping them build muscle, get stronger, move more pain free and learn how to lift weights.

In my free time you can catch me training for my next powerlifting meet or singing karaoke!

Hi, I’m Karsyn! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who values functional, practical exercise as a key part of living well. I believe movement is one of the best tools we have to improve our quality of life—physically and beyond.

Since graduating college, I’ve worked in the physical therapy field, where I’ve gained a strong understanding of injury prevention and rehab. I’m also passionate about inclusive fitness and enjoy working with unified sports programs that support adaptive physical activity. Everyone deserves access to movement that empowers them.

Outside of work, I train for half marathons with my dad, love to travel, and never pass up the chance to try new food—especially local spots. With my clients, I keep things simple, supportive, and goal-focused. I’m here to help you get results and keep you moving.

Hi, I’m Paige! An ISSA certified personal trainer committed to helping you feel like your strongest self—mentally and physically. I believe in creating a supportive, encouraging environment while also challenging you to push your limits, embrace hard work, and unlock real growth. Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I’ve been active and played sports throughout highschool and into college.

I discovered CrossFit and I fell in love with it—not just because of the workouts, but because of the community and coaches who pushed me to be my best. Those years were transformational, and the lessons I learned about goal-setting, consistency, and self-belief shape the way I coach today. After having my baby, I faced a new challenge: rebuilding my strength. I was weaker than ever, but through consistent training I regained power, strength, and proved to myself that progress is possible no matter how weak or stuck you may feel. 

I believe that fueling your body with the right foods is just as important as training. That’s why I love incorporating good nutritional habits into my programs—focusing on whole foods and sustainable nutrition to help you perform your best. Training and nutrition work together, and I’m here to support you in both.Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to break through plateaus, my mission is to help you feel empowered, build strength, hit goals, gain confidence, and prove that you are stronger than you think.

On the off chance I’m not at the gym training, I’m running around outside with my 2-year-old, playing pickleball with my husband, or at home in my kitchen trying to perfect my chocolate chip cookie recipe. 

Kathrine Kofoed

I’m Kathrine Kofoed, M.S. nutritionist and ACE-certified health coach. I help individuals overcome nutrition overwhelm, end years of binge and emotional eating, implement evidence-based nutrition practices, and create healthy habits that truly last for life. It’s great to meet you!

After a family health scare in 2013, I decided to take control of my health to reduce my risk of chronic disease – and I’ve made it my life’s mission to help my clients do the same.

My personal struggles with disordered eating, years of emotional eating, orthorexia, and so much anxiety, fear and control around food led me to where I am today. I knew there was more to holistic wellbeing beyond just understanding the science of nutrition and how to eat healthy.

It’s not just what you eat – it’s how you feel about what you eat. It’s your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors around food, exercise, your body, your health habits, and your identity – what it means to you to be healthy, happy and whole.

Shain Rossi

Hi, I’m Shain, a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Psychology. My mission is to help individuals build strength, confidence, and long-term wellness by integrating physical training with mindset coaching. Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about developing habits that support a high-performance lifestyle both in and out of the gym.

With a deep background in sports psychology, behavioral change, and functional movement, my approach is holistic and science-backed. I specialize in guiding working professionals, athletes, and high performers to overcome mental barriers, improve physical strength, and create sustainable fitness routines. Whether you’re looking to boost energy, enhance athletic performance, or regain control of your health, my personalized training programs are designed for real, lasting results.

Beyond personal training, I hold a USSF National D License and have extensive experience in soccer coaching and athletic development. I’m currently coaching at Columbia Premier Soccer Club, where I help athletes refine their skills, improve game strategy, and build the mental resilience needed for success.

When I’m not training clients or coaching on the field, you’ll find me analyzing game tactics, studying psychology, or traveling to explore new places—always searching for fresh ways to grow, learn, and inspire.
