Bio:

My name is Dakota Howsley. I’m an ACE certified personal trainer and the owner of POWR Personal Training. I’ve been a personal trainer for over five years and have worked with over 100 clients. In the beginning of my career, I worked in a variety of personal training gyms, but in 2021, I decided to start my own business out of my garage.

I am so excited to open my own private personal training gym. I believe that movement and exercise can completely change lives and that is why I train my clients with sustainable and science backed exercise routines.

A simple and sustainable approach to fitness is the best way to stay consistent. My priority with my clients is to help guide them on their journey to their fitness goals without the side of gimmicks, quick fixes and fads.

If I’m not in the gym or training clients, you can find me listening to true crime podcasts, hanging out with my cat Jughead or wandering the aisles of Target with my husband.

Riley moscoso

Owner of Ryfit – Operating Out of POWR Personal Training

Credentials:

  • 3+ Years of Training Experience
  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer
  • NASM Certified Nutrition Coach
  • First Aid/CPR/AED Certified
Bio:

My name is Riley Moscoso, I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 3 years and have helped my clients lose upwards of 70lbs, change their relationship with exercise, find new ways to add nutritious foods to their diets, and reach their fitness goals.

In 2020 I lost 60lbs and found a deep love for exercise along the way, which lead to me deciding to become a personal trainer. I know firsthand how noisy the fitness industry can be- with its fad diets, “fit teas” and crazy workouts. Because of this I want to be a guiding influence in my clients’ lives that helps them weed out the nonsense and get down to business. My approach is simple, the workouts and nutrition guidance are always science backed, and I focus on consistency. Losing weight is hard, but it doesn’t have to be.

When I’m not working (or working out!), I like to wakeboard, play volleyball, rollerskate, or just cuddle my pets and watch a movie with my husband.
