Personal Training

Private one-on-one training. Highly customized programming, feedback, and accountability to reach your fitness goals.

  • 1hr Sessions: $80/hr (~$320/mo). Most clients see us 1hr per week.
  • Bulk Discounts: 2hrs/week is billed at $70/hr (~$560/mo). 
  • 30-Minute Sessions: $50/session (~$200/mo). A great option for fast paced one-on-one workouts.
What’s Included: You’ll receive a complete fitness evaluation, real-time form feedback cues, and accountability to achieve your goals. You’ll also receive access to a personalized workout program through our mobile training app

Online Personal Training

Looking for expert-level online personal training? 

  • Monthly Training: $199/month

What’s Included: Online custom programming through our mobile app, form feedback, and optional monthly video call check-ins.

Partner Training

Want to bring an accountability buddy? Share the experience with a friend or partner and receive special discounts.

  • Partner Training: $55/hr/person (~$220/mo/person)
  • 30-Minute Partner Sessions: $30/session/person (~$120/mo/person). A great option for fast paced one-on-one workouts.

What’s Included: You’ll both receive complete fitness evaluations, form feedback during your session, and accountability to achieve your goals. You’ll also receive access to a group training program for home or gym through our mobile app.

Nutrition Coaching

1:1 nutrition coaching for weight loss, GLP-1 usage, emotional eating, general health and more. Virtual and in-person appointment options with our in-house nutritionist. Cash only, no insurance accepted.

  • Single Session $120
  • 4-Pack: $399 for 4 sessions
