Led by coach Will Sheldon, founder of Be Great, the Men’s Functional Bodybuilding Program combines structured strength training, bodybuilding principles, mobility, and conditioning — all designed to help you look better, move better, and train with purpose.
Will Sheldon founded Be Great after experiencing firsthand what it feels like to lose control of your health—and what it takes to rebuild it.
BIO:
After five years of college football, he found himself 50 pounds overweight, out of routine, and stuck in habits that didn’t reflect who he wanted to be. Within six months, he rebuilt his structure, lost the weight, and regained his discipline.
That experience now drives how he coaches others.

The Men’s Functional Bodybuilding Program at POWR Personal Training is for busy professionals, high performers, and athletes who want to achieve a next-level physique while feeling great doing it.
The program starts at $50 per workout. This is a 3x week workout program (in person at POWR) with programming for outside of the gym and optional nutrition coaching add-ons.
This is an aesthetics first program that will deliver a “Hollywood” physique while not compromising on functional movement.
Functional bodybuilding is physique-focused training that builds muscle while also improving how your body moves, feels, and performs.
Unlike competitive bodybuilding, the goal is not to step on stage, get extremely lean, or train purely for maximum muscle size and symmetry. Functional bodybuilding still uses muscle-building exercises, but it blends them with strength work, mobility, core training, conditioning, and movement quality.
1hr sessions are held at POWR Personal Training at 6:30am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
